It was a wonderful day for shooting all those lovely cherry trees. I guess I'll have enough of trees for a long time now
A quick toning and processing in Photoshop resulted in this nice piece, it was the first I picked after the shooting. But the ghosting , color fringing and burning clouds were enormous. I couldn't get the same result with different approaches, so I ended up fixing all the problems manually. I believe there is nothing more tedious than cloning out ghosting leaf by leaf.
If you'd like to know more about my HDR processing or a orginal/processed comparison, let me know.
Really love it, especially the left bottom grassy part If your processing your HDR's in photoshop you may want to look at a programm called Photomatix Pro sinds its much better (if not the best) HDR software
I used Photomatix quite a lot in the past, but I find it hard to get the toning to be more natural. I'm also getting a lot of noise, I don't know if that is due to a wrong setting...
I really like the "Local Adaption" toning in Photoshop, it gives a really natural look.
Maybe I should just invest in a GND filter, as most of the times I'm just looking for a striking and vivid sky.
The settings change for me with every single photograph, but it can be tricky and sometimes im tweaking the shot for an hour straight and im still not happy about the endresult
example of a piece i think worked out quite well on the "natural" subject [link]
and i learned it from the master of HDR pano's (in my opinion ) =realityDream
*i dont wanna make advertisement, just making a point...i think*
yes your right, i didnt set my f settings to manual for starters *whoops* im thinking of buying a new lens for nature/architecture photography but im not sure wether to go with the tamron 10-24 or the tokina 12-24 2.8 (because of the 2mm on the low end)

I like your toning on that one, but in my eyes the highlight on the left is way too much.
thanks for pointing me to his incredible work!
