I feel almost sorry for this puppy, undergoing a ton of filters, tonings and layer styles...
Sadly it was still too windy on that day, which makes HDR processing quite a pain. Some ghosting still remains in the leaves here, but processing this quick & dirty wasn't possible due to the weaving grass in the foreground.
So I took quite a different approach. The lower part consists only of the 0ev exposure. The clouds are a combination of -2ev and 0ev, toned just to bring out the contrast there. And the tree stump was another toning, to bring out the details on the tree.
Maybe the sky is a tad too dominant, because the grass is in fact not toned at all...
This is probably the longest I worked on a HDR piece, hope you enjoy it.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
